‘APC’ ll defeat PDP in Kogi, Bayelsa’

Daily Trust - - INSIDE POLITICS - By Muideen Olaniyi

A member of the Board of Trustees (Bot) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Sam Nkire, has advised the people of Kogi and Bayelsa states to take advantage of the forthcoming governorship elections in their states to reunite with their kith and kin in the party.

The former National Chairman of the Progressive Peoples Alliance (PPA), who spoke after a recent visit to the two states, said the people of the two states must work harder to reunite with the big family.

Chief Nkire therefore urged them to endeavour to be part of the current wind of change and fight against corruption being spearheaded by President Muhammadu Buhari.

He said history would not forgive the people of Kogi and Bayelsa if they allowed this opportunity to pass them by.

According to him, this was the last opportunity to liberate themselves from economic slavery and underdevelopment.

The APC chieftain added that in no distant time, all APC controlled states would become places of envy as a result of their Buhari-induced developmental strides.
