Phase3 re­ceives top nudge at 2015 Nige­ria Cus­tomer Ser­vice Awards

As the world gets set to mark the an­nual global “Cus­tomers Ser­vice Week” 2015; the Nige­ria Cus­tomer Ser­vice Awards (NCSA) which is in its fourth year has rec­og­nized Phase3 Telecom for its un­wa­ver­ing com­mit­ment to prof­fer­ing the best so­lu­tions that en­hance the avail­abil­ity of broad­band con­nec­tiv­ity to Nige­ri­ans; this was at a grand award cer­e­mony which held at Sher­a­ton Ho­tels & Tow­ers, Lagos.

This comes in the wake of Phase3 re­ceiv­ing the es­teemed award for “Pan African Broad­band for En­ter­prise So­lu­tion Provider of the Year” at the re­cently con­cluded Tech­nol­ogy Africa’s “Ti­tans of Tech” 2015. It may also be re­called that the West African largest in­de­pen­dent fi­bre op­tic in­fras­truc­ture provider was ac­knowl­edged in 2014 by NCSA for “Best Cus­tomer Ser­vice Com­pany in Net­work Man­age­ment”.
