Group, Commission hold sports summit in Abuja, December

In a local news agency report, the Spring Vision Koncept Limited last Tuesday said it is holding the event from December 7 to 11 in partnership with the National
ASports Commission (NSC).
The summit coordinator, Martins Bisong said the theme, ‘The Nigerian Sports Economy and Promotions: The Public-Private Partnership Perspective’ is meant to explore sports and new talents.
“The summit is being organised under a publicprivate partnership synergy, with the sole objective of using it as a window to explore and reposition sports in the country,” Bisong said.
He explained that
the summit will attract key players through a platform where they would build a consolidated synergy to exchange ideas, invest and support Nigerian sports transformation and development.
“President of the Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC), Habu Gumel, the proprietor of FC Ifeanyi Ubah, Mr Ifeanyi Ubah, Globalcom boss, Mike Adenuga are among dignitaries to grace the summit, presenting papers on sports financing and development.
