CITY NEWS 4 hawkers injured in Kagini auto crash
Four hawkers on Saturday sustained injuries in a motor accident on Abuja-Kubwa expressway. A witness said the accident happened at Kagini junction around 11.20a.m. involving a Honda accord car and a Volkswagen Golf car.
He said both vehicles were coming from the Abuja city and were heading towards Zuba when the Honda accord car rammed into the hawkers while trying to overtake the gulf car.
The witness said though none of the passengers in the two vehicles were injured, the hawkers, three male and a female were seriously injured.
City News learnt that the victims were taken to Kubwa General Hospital by the police while the officials of the FRSC who came shortly assisted in evacuating the vehicles which caused obstruction on the highway.
