Six stu­dents win NAFDAC 2016 safety club award

Six sec­ondary school stu­dents have won the year 2016 13th an­nual NAFDAC Sec­ondary School Con­sumers Safety Club award in Kaduna.

The win­ners in the se­nior sec­ondary school cat­e­gory are Anibe Acheme of Danbo In­ter­na­tional Col­lege, Joseph Chind­inma Good­ness of Christ Am­bas­sadors Col­lege and Grace Amole of PANAF schools while those of the ju­nior cat­e­gory were Paul Luka of PANAF schools, Chi­som Daniel of Deeper Life School, and Amina Fo­larin of Danbo In­ter­na­tional Col­lege.

Pre­sent­ing the awards to the win­ners, the state co-or­di­na­tor of the Na­tional Agency for Food and Drug Ad­min­is­tra­tion and Con­trol (NAFDAC), Mr Dadi Mul­lah, said the NAFDAC Con­sumer Safety Club (NCSC) was es­tab­lished in sec­ondary schools to en­lighten stu­dents on the ac­tiv­i­ties of NAFDAC.
