Court insists Ikpeazu is no more Abia gov

Daily Trust - - ONLINE REACTIONS - Maigari naiyamd@yahoo.com

These types of ‘equal rulings’ once again highlight the sorry state of the Nigerian judiciary. A judgement from one court is challenged in another court of equal jurisdiction; is it that the judge(s) who pass these injunctions are uninformed or simply being available for whatever mischief the Bar wants to create? The court knows that it is only a superior jurisdiction that could stop the enforcement and still goes ahead to grant an ex-pate motion. Can’t the Bar call its members to order to void these uncalled for distractions to the administration of justice?
