Abia no more secured - APC leader

Daily Trust - - INSIDE POLITICS - By Muideen Olaniyi

The federal government should support people of Abia State to be free from the infighting, acrimony and confusion ravaging the PDP-controlled state, the leader of the APC Caucus in the state, Chief Sam Nkire, said this yesterday in Abuja.

Nkire berated the PDP in Abia State for toying with the future of democracy and millions of people, including those yet unborn. The APC chieftain said that a state where there were three claimants to the governorship seat from one political party was doomed. He said that in such state, security of life and property cannot be guaranteed. He, therefore, appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari to come to the aid of the state. Nkire said that what Abia needed now was peace and development. ???????????????
