The police in Life Camp, Abuja, have arrested one Rabi’u Lawal of Fulani village in the area, for allegedly breaking into a store belonging to the Assemblies of God Church at Kado, Life Camp.

A police source who confirmed the arrest to our reporter in confidence, said that the suspect was arrested on Monday by the security guards at the church with the assistance of the Life Camp police patrol team.

City News learnt that a security guard was on patrol of the church premises when he saw the suspect moving around the church’s store and eventually took a big stone and broke the store before the security man raised an alarm to invite the police patrol team to the arrest of the suspect.

The police source, however, said that the matter has been charged to court for prosecution.
