Thank God the ed­i­to­rial of Daily Trust of Thurs­day, July 14,2016 Vol. 39, page 44 made it very clear that this man loves his peo­ple and the state. Some of those blam­ing him can­not rule the state for one week and face the chal­lenges of in­se­cu­rity of Boko Haram.

Let Abuja politi­cians come and see roads con­struc­tions, build­ing of schools, wa­ter drilling, agri­cul­tural ac­tiv­i­ties and farm­ing here and there. The long aban­doned La­gos street and bridge is al­most com­pleted and no more traf­fic go-slow. If they are afraid to show their faces in the day time, let them sneak in the dead of the night to have a look - Maid­uguri is peace­ful, Borno is work­ing. Yanzu kan mage ya waye, we know you will rush home in 2019 to seek for our votes, but you won’t get it be­cause we hope for the best.
