‘CCB right on Buratai’s asset’

Daily Trust - - ONLINE REACTIONS -

Perhaps we – at least many Nigerians – are yet to grasp the full implication of how the e-media operates. Many simply use the channels to fight an imagined or real threat without ever establishing the facts. Thus, we have many people simply accused, tried, and convicted on the social media. Certainly, it is time we acknowledge the fact that the social media cannot be the basis of any conviction as no one yet – other than pure conjecture and speculation – has been convicted. Just look at the noise generated by the efforts to try the former NSA, Col Sambo Dasuki (rtd) and the loud cacophony of governor Ayo Fayose for illustrations. Maigari naiyamd@yahoo.com
