Bode George to vie for PDP chairmanship
A former deputy national chairman of the PDP, Chief Bode George, has confirmed he will contest for the national chairmanship of the party during the forthcoming national convention slated for Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
George is expected to
make formal declaration as soon as the party comes out with the zoning formula.
Daily Trust reports that there have been agitations from the South-West for the zoning of the chairmanship position to the region on the grounds that the presidential ticket has been zoned to the North.
