Daily Trust - - INSIDE POLITICS - By Saawua Terzungwe

A former Secretary to the Government of Anambra State, Oseluka Obaze, said yesterday that he will deliver good governance to the people of the state with limited resources if elected governor.

He also promised that his administration would break the jinx by conducting local government elections in the state which he said had remained a mirage for years.

Obaze, who obtained his expression of interest and nomination forms at the PDP national secretariat, in Abuja, told newsmen shortly after, that he had better chance of winning than any other aspirant seeking the same office.

He also denied being a “political god-son to former Governor Peter Obi,” under whose administration he served as SSG.

"We are worried that the state is not doing well the way it should with all the human and material resources in place; and therefore, what the people want is what we would deliver to them.
