NASFAT holds maiden Qur’anic studies graduation
The Kubwa branch of Nasrul-lahi-l-Fatih Society (NASFAT) Saturday graduated 17 members in its Qur’anic studies.
Speaking at the maiden graduation ceremony, chairman of the branch, Alhaji AbdulGafar Sanusi, said it was a big success for NASFAT.
He said, “It is a big achievement for us because when you give knowledge of Islam, you have given that person life here and in the hereafter. Seventeen people are graduating; 14 females and three males. And you know when you graduate females you have actually graduated the whole world.”
Sanusi stressed that Qur’anic studies is not only about acquiring the knowledge but impacting the knowledge in our daily activities.
He urged the graduands to keep to the Islamic knowledge and practices they were taught.
Also speaking, Missioner of NASFAT in Kubwa, Ustaz Abulafees Assuyuty Al-Iwowiy stressed the need for Muslims to strive to acquire Qur’anic education as its acquisition will guide them aright in all their endeavours.
He prayed for the quick recovery of President Muhammadu Buhari to enable him implement his electoral promises to Nigerians.
