Your con­stant quest for trans­fer un­ac­cept­able, As­sem­bly tells teach­ers

The Anam­bra State House of As­sem­bly Com­mit­tee on Ed­u­ca­tion has warned teach­ers who seek trans­fer out­side the lo­cal gov­ern­ment they are em­ployed to teach to re­trace their steps.

It de­scribed the act as un­healthy to the ed­u­ca­tion sec­tor, as­sur­ing that the state gov­ern­ment would al­ways pro­vide all the learn­ing fa­cil­i­ties needed in nurs­ery and pri­mary schools .

The Deputy Chair­man of the com­mit­tee, Dr. Ti­moty Ife­dio­ramma said dur­ing a visit to the Lo­cal Gov­ern­ment Ed­u­ca­tion Au­thor­ity in Uk­por that the visit was to ar­rest the fac­tors in­hibit­ing the progress of ed­u­ca­tion in pub­lic schools in the area.
