The court also restrained Orogu from parading himself as the PDP chairman pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice.

The judge also ordered the closure of the state secretariat of the party pending hearing and determination of the motion on notice.

When contacted, the state chairman of the party, Orogu, said he was not aware of the court order, adding that he was not served with the order.

He said that the plaintiff, Mohammed, was expelled from the ward level of the party even before he was elected as chairman.
