Commercial motorcyclist slumps in Kubwa
A commercial motorcyclist has slumped at Kubwa in the Federal Capital Territory FCT on Tuesday.
A relation of the deceased, Sahabi Ibrahim, while narrating the incident to City News at the Kubwa General Hospital where the late Habila Ibrahim, 30, was confirmed dead, said the death was shocking.
He said their late brother who resided at Farm Shelter, Byazhin in Kubwa was speaking on phone when he suddenly slumped at about 7:00p.m. on the fateful day.
He explained that the deceased was rushed to the hospital by some friends but was confirmed dead on arrival.
He said his late brother, who left behind a wife and two children, did not complain of illness nor was he known to abuse drugs.
When our reporter visited the hospital, a large number of commercial motorcyclists had besieged the gate waiting for the release of the corpse of their colleague who is from Katsina State.
When contacted, the Kubwa Divisional Police Officer (DPO), CSP Ayobami Surajudeen, said the matter is yet to be reported at the division.
