Nige­ria is strate­gi­cally lo­cated in the gulf of Guinea with direct freight ac­cess to North Amer­ica and Europe. She is of­ten re­ferred to as the ‘’Gi­ant of Africa, as the most pop­u­lous coun­try in Africa and the 7th most pop­u­lous in the world, with over 180 mil­lion in­hab­i­tants. Nige­ria has over 500 eth­nic groups and lan­guages and the three ma­jor ones are the Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba. No na­tion­al­iza­tion or ex­pro­pri­a­tion of busi­nesses by any tier of govern­ment of the fed­er­a­tion. Free Flow of In­vest­ment where ex­change con­trol reg­u­la­tions are lib­er­al­ized. Also, guar­an­teed un­con­di­tional trans­fer­abil­ity/ repa­tri­a­tion of profit and div­i­dends net taxes through an au­tho­rized dealer, in freely con­vert­ible cur­rency.
