On­line plat­form to bridge tourism gaps

Amco Travel and Tours Lim­ited has launched an on­line plat­form, fly­amco, aimed to bridge travel and ho­tel gaps in Nige­ria’s tourism in­dus­try whilst im­prov­ing cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence and ad­dress­ing chal­lenges.

Speak­ing at the launch in Abuja, the com­pany’s Chief Ex­ec­u­tive Of­fi­cer, Ahmed Sani said the plat­form of­fers Nige­ri­ans a tech­nol­ogy-based so­lu­tions to the chal­lenges in the avi­a­tion and ho­tel in­dus­try, al­low­ing them make flight and ho­tel reser­va­tions at dis­counted prices and while still en­joy­ing qual­ity ser­vices.

Lament­ing the poor ser­vices cur­rently on of­fer in the coun­try, he said fly­amco.com would pro­vide cus­tomers with ori­ented and top qual­ity travel and tour ser­vices in com­pli­ance with the high­est in­ter­na­tional stan­dards.

He said, the plat­form as care­fully de­signed to pro­vide travel re­lated in­for­ma­tion and cost ef­fec­tive cus­tomer care and is amongst the high­est of our pri­or­i­ties and we are on our toes to ac­com­plish this task at any hour.

With pack­aged tourism ser­vices, visa and in­sur­ance pro­cure­ment on of­fer, Sani said, “We have pri­or­i­tized com­fort and qual­ity ser­vices and have built trust in the mar­ket. We have been op­er­at­ing charter flights for holy pil­grims, es­pe­cially Um­rah and Hajj. We ex­plore new fron­tiers daily and our next op­tion for Nige­ria is to lever­age tech­nol­ogy to ad­dress chal­lenges in the sec­tor and of­fer a seam­less ex­pe­ri­ence that will boost our avi­a­tion and tourism sec­tor.”
