Dis­solved Kwara APC con­ducts pres­i­den­tial pri­mary

The pres­i­den­tial pri­mary of the Ishola Ba­lo­gun- Fu­lani-led All Pro­gres­sives Congress (APC) in Kwara State was held un­der a peace­ful at­mos­phere. It would be re­called that the Ishola Ba­lo­gun Fu­lani-led exco was dis­solved by the Na­tional Work­ing Com­mit­tee of the APC over al­le­ga­tion of anti-party ac­tiv­i­ties while the exco also went to court where an in­junc­tion was ob­tained to stop the NWC from dis­solv­ing them.

The del­e­gates at the pri­mary held across the 193 wards in the state con­ducted them­selves in an or­derly man­ner.

It was gath­ered that the del­e­gates voted over­whelm­ingly for Pres­i­dent Muham­madu Buhari.

The state chair­man of APC, Ishola Ba­lo­gun- Fu­lani de­scribed the ex­er­cise as very suc­cess­ful.

He said the del­e­gates, through their votes showed that Pres­i­dent Muham­madu Buhari is loved by the peo­ple of the state.
