THE coronation of Pa Amos Orhovwomoriemu Ogbodo Idibiago as the

Okpako-orhere (oldest man) of Oghara, Agbarha-otor, holds on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Odje family homestead, Oghara, Agbarha-otor, via Ughelli, Ethiope West Local Council, Delta State, at 10.00 a.m.

An invitation by his son, Mr. Abraham Ogbodo, The

Guardian Editor, reads: “The event is coronation of my father as the oldest man in my community. His own father, my grandfather, Idibiago Mevayero Odje, died in 1977 as Okparuku of Orogun Kingdom and perhaps, as the oldest man in the then Eastern Urhobo Division…”

“The second aspect of the ceremony, which is crucial, is the presentation of the four-classroom block I built in memory of my grandmother to the secondary school in my village,” Ogbodo said.
