GRAND PRE­MIERE OF ‘ISOKEN’ THE MOVIE

The highly-an­tic­i­pated Nol­ly­wood movie of the year, ISOKEN, by Tribe85 Pro­duc­tions and jade Osiberu films, which sold-out dur­ing a pre­vi­ously held pre­miere at the West end’s Cineworld in Lon­don, re­cently held its grand pre­miere at the Land­mark Cen­tre, Oniru, vic­to­ria Is­land, La­gos. Isoken is a movie that tells the story of a suc­cess­ful but un­mar­ried 34 year-old African woman, who has to face and deal with the so­ci­etal pres­sure that comes with be­ing sin­gle at a cer­tain age. The ‘African Roy­alty’ themed event was at­tended by top ac­tors, such as dakore Akande, funke Akindele, Rita do­minic, damilola Adeg­bite-At­toh, joseph Ben­jamin, as well as celebri­ties and no­table dig­ni­taries like the for­mer gover­nor of Ogun state, Otunba gbenga daniel, No­bel lau­re­ate, Oba Ade­wale Osiberu, Pro­fes­sor Wole Soyinka, dr. vic­tor Uwaifo, Mr. gboyega Isi­aka and Mrs. Uche Nwuka amongst oth­ers.
