Exercise: Exercise for about 30 minutes at least 2-3 days per week. Incorporate mild weight training to keep your body trim and fit. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grain, and lean meats. Keep alcohol, caffeine, and sugar intake to a minimum. Drink plenty of plain, filtered water a day. Great Housekeeping: Dedicate time each day to tidy your home. This is a lot easier then doing a major cleaning every other month. It is so much easier to be put together your look if you have easy access to all of your clothes, shoes, accessories, and makeup. On Food and Cooking. Every house in the world, from sprawling mansions, to one bedroom shacks, come with a kitchen for a reason. Keep your house stocked with matching plate, cup and silverware sets. Be prepared to entertain guest at all times. Stock your refrigerator and pantry with water, wine, cheese, and finger foods that you can easily find in the freezer section of just about every supermarket.
