LANCOME UNVEILS MY SHADE MY POWER CAMPAIGN
Following its success in the uk, French leaders in cosmetics Lancome capitalized on the influence of leading women in Nigeria to unveil its Teinte Idole ultra Wear Foundation available in 40 shades to the African market. The campaign titled‘My Shade, My Power’features 46 leading ladies and three heroines who share their personal growth stories.
The event took place at Temple Muse in Victoria Island with most of the leading ladies in attendance. Guests were welcomed by Parisian Chic styled hostesses, exotic cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. While the Head International Make up Artist- David Coranson Beaudu did live demonstrations at the makeup pop up space, the MC for the evening - Eku Edewor, engaged the crowd on the line up of the event. Finally the buzzing, stylish crowd were led through a tunnel, to a transformed magical space draped in leaves, pink lights, with a huge #LancomeNigeria sign floating in the pool to unveil the campaign video of pictures with the help of the Business Development Manager, Sub Saharan Africa- Cyrielle Gbadja.
This campaign is unlike any other Lancôme has done before as the African campaign focused on the diversity in beauty across various ages.
