EFCC Quizzes Former Kebbi Governor, Dakingari

Kano Zone of the Economoc Finance Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested and detained Saidu Dakingari, former Governor Kebbi State. He is currently being quizzed over his alleged involvement in the sharing of N450 million PDP Campaign sleaze. He is also being asked to explain how another N550 million state funds were diverted to his party, the PDP, during the 2015 Presidential Campaigns. In a statement made available to THISDAY in Kano yesterday by the media head of the Kano Zone of the EFCC, Mr. Medard Ehimika, Dakingari was said to be cooperating with operatives in the investigations. The statement said details will emerge when more facts are available
