‘Don’t al­low po­lit­i­cal ex­pe­di­ency, greed blind vi­sion’

The Co-Chair of the Ex­ec­u­tive Coun­cil of the In­ter­faith Di­a­logue Fo­rum for Peace (IDFP) Al­haji Kunle Sanni, has said that Nige­ri­ans have come a long way in in­ter­de­pen­dence and should not al­low po­lit­i­cal ex­pe­di­ency, greed, pride and self­ish­ness blind the vi­sion of one united and peace­ful coun­try.

Sanni, who spoke at a me­dia par­ley in Abuja, noted that des­tiny has brought Nige­ri­ans to­gether to live in one united coun­try.

The coun­cil was es­tab­lished with fa­cil­i­ta­tion of the King Ab­dul­lah bin Ab­du­laziz In­ter­na­tional Cen­tre for In­ter­re­li­gious and In­ter­cul­tural Di­a­logue (KAICIID).
