Shop­to­my­door prom­ises 24-hour re­fund pol­icy

Freight firm, Shop­to­my­door, has pledged a 24-hour re­fund pol­icy in full on amount spent on any item and the cost paid to ship from USA or UK, if any­thing hap­pens to the ship­ment.

The firm is rais­ing the bar in the delivery of stress-free shipping ser­vices that suit cus­tomer’s chang­ing life­styles and needs.

In a state­ment emailed from the or­ga­ni­za­tion, it ex­plained that although, shipping is usu­ally not the first thing peo­ple worry about when shop­ping, ex­cept from in­ter­na­tional on­line stores in USA or UK.

Ac­cord­ing to it, stores like Ama­zon, eBay, Zap­pos, Ken­neth Cole that does not ship to Nige­ria, Ghana or Kenya have been bridged by Shop­to­my­door.

The Chief Ex­ec­u­tive Of­fi­cer/ Manag­ing Di­rec­tor of Shop­to­my­door, Nduka Udeh, said the re­fund pol­icy is de­signed to en­sure cus­tomers are fully pro­tected and cared for if any­thing hap­pens to their pack­age.

He said hav­ing a ser­vice with over 40 well-trained staff and good equip­ment the firm have a zero to 0.5 per cent record in terms of dam­ages or miss­ing item.
