Labour disrupts flight operations at local airport
The Trade Union Congress (TUC) stormed the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos and disrupted flight operations at Air Peace leading into delayed flights.
The amalgamated Labour unions are calling on the federal government to agree on the implementation of a new minimum wage.
Some of the passengers, especially those travelling out of the country, expressed worry over the delay.
The Vice President, Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Mr Amechi Asugwuni who led the group told newsmen that the government must feel the impact of the strike until it listen to the yearning and demands of Labour.
