The im­pres­sive Nor­we­gian Seafood Din­ner 2018 was held on 9 March 2018 in Singapore. With a full ball­room, the Seafood Din­ner in Singapore is ev­i­dently still a pop­u­lar and im­por­tant net­work­ing event within the Nor­we­gian com­mu­nity and their in­vited guests.

The Nor­we­gian Busi­ness As­so­ci­a­tion (Singapore) and The Royal Nor­we­gian Em­bassy co-hosted the an­nual Nor­we­gian Seafood Din­ner at Fair­mont Ball­room, Raf­fles City Con­ven­tion Cen­ter. As pre­vi­ous years, all the seafood was es­pe­cially flown in from Nor­way and pre­pared by glob­ally ac­claimed Nor­we­gian and Sin­ga­porean chefs. Chef Frank Næsheim, again, made sure the party could en­joy a de­li­cious seafood buf­fet spread with some 100 cour­ses.
