Murgh Badami Shorba (Soup)

A very del­i­cately flavoured soup with al­mond paste and chicken, this soup is very light and a great start to our ex­otic menu.

COOL­ERS ‘N’ SHAK­ERS Wa­ter­melon Blos­som

A per­fect blend of wa­ter­melon, milk and vanilla ice cream, this is a re­fresh­ing drink. It is not very heavy and there­fore will not spoil your ap­petite for the big por­tions to come. So drink with­out any hes­i­ta­tion.

Wa­ter­melon Basil Mo­jito

Wa­ter­melon mud­dled with basil, dash of wa­ter­melon syrup, lime and sugar and topped with an aer­ated drink is some­thing that you need to try if you’ve been out on a hu­mid, sunny day, and need to re­hy­drate.

As the name sug­gests, it’s a treat for the sum­mer. This creamy drink is quite in­ter­est­ing; made of mango puree, vanilla, with a punch­ing taste of cof­fee. The sweet­ness of mango mixed with the sharp, nutty taste of cof­fee gives the drink a great af­ter­taste. In other words, you must not miss out on this one.

STARTERS Spice Ba­har Subz Cheesy Kurkure

This crispy deep fried ke­babs made from chopped mixed veg and stuffed with cheese and coated with ver­mi­celli is some­thing that you could munch on a lazy evening while watch­ing TV.

Fish Fin­ger Am­rit­sari

You will find your hands sub­con­sciously go­ing to­wards the fish mar­i­nated in Am­rit­sari masala coated with bread­crumbs and deep fried and served in a glass. You will not be able to stop your­self once you’ve bit­ten into the soft and ten­der fin­ger.

Murgh Ira­nian Ke­bab

Chef ’s Special Ira­nian Ke­bab is an out­right win­ner. The chicken is mar­i­nated with sub­tle in­gre­di­ents mak­ing it very moist, soft and ten­der.

Chicken Tikka Mango Salad

Chicken tikka, man­goes, toma­toes, and onions all cut in cubes with chopped co­rian­der and roasted gar­lic and dec­o­rated with mango slices is a real treat. Who would’ve thought that mango could so amaz­ingly com­ple­ment all of th­ese in­gre­di­ents in the salad, in­di­vid­u­ally and to­gether.

MAIN COURSE Bir­bal - E- Chaman

Cot­tage cheese filled with a stuff­ing of cheese, creamy cot­tage cheese with spices in the cen­tre of each slice and served float­ing on chef ’s special gravy is a real de­light.

Subz Pe­shawari

This is veg­eta­bles cooked in a Pe­shawari style where the veg­eta­bles are cooked to per­fec­tion. So now the veg­e­tar­i­ans will not have to frown and crib about not hav­ing too many tasty op­tions, as this dish is a fill­ing de­li­cious mix­ture of all your favourite veg­eta­bles in one.

Dawat -E- Murgh

For a strong flavour burst and to sat­isfy an ex­tremely hun­gry tummy, try out this dish, which is tan­doori chicken cooked in a clay pot oven with spicy onion and tomato based gravy and spices, and gar­nished with boiled egg and saf­fron rice. Yes, it is heavy. But to­tally worth the drowsi­ness that fol­lows.

Kash­miri Ro­gan Josh

The juicy and oh-so-ten­der mut­ton pieces cooked with Kash­miri chill­ies and spices along with saf­fron and ratan­jot herb and dipped in the most de­li­cious sauce will take you on a trip you wouldn’t want to re­turn from.

Dum Pukth Biryani

Cooked slowly with biryani rice and flavoured with au­then­tic Hy­der­abadi style green masala, herbs and spices, this sim­ple dish is served with chicken, mut­ton or prawns.

DESSERT Choco­late Mousse
