AXA Gulf appoints Laura Gerstein as chief healthcare officer
Dubai, UAE – AXA Gulf, a leading international insurer, announced the appointment of Laura Gerstein as chief healthcare officer in a move to strengthen its leadership team.
Laura will be responsible for AXA Gulf’s entire healthcare operations, developing the company’s market share in the health insurance sector for personal and corporate clients within the Gulf region, AXA Gulf said in a press release issued on Sunday.

Previously, Laura held the position of head of operations for Middle East and Africa at MetLife. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Laura began her career in 1993 as a senior actuarial analyst and was instrumental in a number of strategic transformations.
