Oore­doo har­nesses power of in­ter­ac­tive in­no­va­tion with launch of new web­site

Oore­doo has launched its in­no­va­tive new web­site to pro­vide cus­tomers with a seam­less and re­fresh­ing way to in­ter­act with the com­pany on­line. The new web­site fea­tures im­proved search func­tion­al­i­ties, live chat ser­vices and the abil­ity for Oore­doo cus­tomers to browse the whole site for free, al­low­ing them to en­joy the In­ter­net even more.

Feras al Shaikh, Oore­doo di­rec­tor of Con­sumer Sales, said, “As data ex­pe­ri­ence lead­ers, we wanted our re­vamped web and mo­bile site to bring us into the dig­i­tal age as well as give us the op­por­tu­nity to share more with our cus­tomers.

“Along­side a vis­ual over­haul with a cleaner and more so­phis­ti­cated de­sign, the new site makes ac­cess to in­for­ma­tion seam­less and in­cludes a live chat sup­port for all vis­i­tors. Cus­tomers are wel­come to search, browse and ex­pe­ri­ence our site free of data charge in English and Ara­bic when­ever they choose.”

Among its many fea­tures that have taken user-friend­li­ness to new heights, the site also in­cludes im­proved Read­S­peaker text-to-speech so­lu­tions, giv­ing a voice to Oore­doo’s con­tent. Text can be heard in Ara­bic and English to help cus­tomers who pre­fer or re­quire use of the ser­vice.

He added, “We are proud to con­tinue in­tro­duc­ing mar­ketlead­ing tech­nol­ogy that en­hances and em­pow­ers our cus­tomers with a more im­mer­sive dig­i­tal ex­pe­ri­ence.
