In an emailed reply to Muscat Daily, Dr Mohammed Nasser al Zaabi, CEO of PACA said, “PACA has conducted a feasibility study to separate DGAN and DGM from the core business as a regulator. “It would support service enhancement leading these services to be commercially driven in order to increase revenue and support the government’s vision towards sustainable development and diversification.”
