NLGIC or­gan­ises chan­nel part­ners meet in Abu Dhabi

Re­cently, Na­tional Life & Gen­eral In­surance Com­pany (NLGIC) held a chan­nel part­ners meet at Sher­a­ton Ho­tel & Re­sort, Abu Dhabi to mark the achieve­ments of the Abu Dhabi branch which made its pres­ence felt as a prom­i­nent med­i­cal in­surance player in a very short span of time. It was at­tended by around 150 peo­ple from var­i­ous chan­nel part­ners in­clud­ing bro­kers and TPAs of the re­gion.

The event was or­gan­ised to ac­knowl­edge the per­for­mance of the chan­nel part­ners and their sig­nif­i­cant con­tri­bu­tion to cat­a­pult Na­tional Life to be­ing a lead­ing med­i­cal in­surer in the re­gion.

S Venkat­acha­lam, CEO of NLGIC, said, “The over­whelm­ing sup­port from our chan­nel part­ners, bro­kers and the ded­i­cated ef­forts by our en­tire team, have made it pos­si­ble to make our mark. It is an ex­am­ple of good team work, ded­i­ca­tion and our fo­cused cus­tomer-cen­tric ap­proach.”

NLGIC has made its pres­ence in the Abu Dhabi mar­ket in a short span of time and to­day is one of the ma­jor med­i­cal in­surance play­ers in the UAE. It is the lead­ing com­pos­ite in­surer in Oman with a gross writ­ten pre­mium of nearly RO100mn as on De­cem­ber, 2016, with a clear mar­ket lead­er­ship in med­i­cal in­surance and offers a whole range of other in­surance prod­ucts.

Na­tional Life has a fi­nan­cial strength rat­ing of B++ Good by A M Best, the old­est and most widely recog­nised provider of rat­ings world­wide; the rat­ing is a bench­mark for as­sess­ing a rated or­gan­i­sa­tion’s fi­nan­cial strength and credit qual­ity.

Also, an in­ter­na­tional qual­ity cer­ti­fi­ca­tion of ISO 9001:2008 from Bri­tish Stan­dards In­sti­tu­tion cer­ti­fies NLGIC’s abil­ity to pro­vide prod­ucts that meet cus­tomer and ap­pli­ca­ble stat­u­ary reg­u­la­tory re­quire­ments.
