In­finiti Oman launches cour­tesy ve­hi­cle pro­gramme

In­finiti Oman, from the house of Suhail Bah­wan Au­to­mo­biles (SBA), has launched a unique pro­gramme ti­tled In­finiti Cour­tesy Ve­hi­cle (ICV), wherein cus­tomers will be pro­vided with a cour­tesy In­finiti ve­hi­cle to help them be mo­bile dur­ing car ser­vice.

The ICV pro­gramme has been con­ceived to pro­vide cus­tomers with seam­less mo­bil­ity dur­ing car ser­vice and also pro­vide a chance to ex­pe­ri­ence other models of In­finiti.

A se­nior spokesper­son at In­finiti Oman said, “Our ICV pro­gramme is all about cre­at­ing con­ve­nience for cus­tomers when their ve­hi­cle is be­ing ser­viced so that their mo­bil­ity is not af­fected. The cus­tomers also get an op­por­tu­nity to ex­pe­ri­ence other and newer models of In­finiti as a re­place­ment ve­hi­cle.

“With a com­mit­ment to pro­vid­ing qual­ity cus­tomer ser­vice, the cour­tesy ve­hi­cles of­fered as part of the pro­gramme will be free of charge to our cus­tomers. We put our cus­tomers first and want their ex­pe­ri­ence to be com­fort­able, con­fi­dent and re­laxed dur­ing car ser­vic­ing.”

The aim of the ICV pro- gramme is to cre­ate con­ve­nience for ser­vice cus­tomers (seam­less mo­bil­ity) and pro­vide ex­ist­ing cus­tomers with the op­por­tu­nity to ex­pe­ri­ence other/new models to pro­mote and im­prove con­sid­er­a­tion for any ad­di­tional re-pur­chase.

ICVs are ded­i­cated units kept only for of­fer­ing them as re­place­ment ve­hi­cles to ser­vice cus­tomers. All cus­tomers/jobs are el­i­gi­ble for ICV ex­cept for in­ter­nal, B&P and wait­ing cus­tomers for quick ser­vices. The In­finiti models that are a part of the Cour­tesy Ve­hi­cle Pro­gramme in Oman are the In­finiti Q50 2l Turbo and the In­finiti QX80 5.6l V8.
