As a strategic approach to boost customer experience by developing employees skills, Maisarah Islamic Banking Services organised a popular professional sales training programme the ‘Carew International’s Dimensions of Professional Selling (DPS)’ for the benefit of its staff.
Over 20 employees from Maisarah Islamic Banking Services corporate and head office participated in the DPS training programme that was designed to strengthen customer relations, bolster creative problem-solving methods, better positioning selling systems and strategic selling plan and implementation. It also increased employee awareness of marketing, selling methods and communication with customers.
