It’s an easy and healthy meal to con­sume on the plane.” They rec­om­mend pick­ing a ho­tel with good cy­cling op­por­tu­ni­ties. “It’s a sport that is very im­por­tant to both of us. The key is to find a ho­tel on the out­skirts of town and ar­range meet­ings so that you can fit in a ride early or late in the day. Since fly­ing with a bi­cy­cle can be very cum­ber­some, we rent from the lo­cal shop.”
