KR conducts Long Service Awards

KHIMJI Ramdas recently conducted its Long Service Awards, which felicitated employees who have put in over 25 years of service at the company.

It was a particularly emotional day for Ahmed Khalfan Abdul al Salam one of the award’s recipients. A PRO at the KR headquarters, Ahmed has been employed at the company for the last 25 years. “I am so happy to be recognised by my employers at KR. I am really moved that they thought of me for the award. I hope they will continue to be pleased with my work.”

The initiative forms part of KR’s people centric policy that places emphasis on the importance of an employee’s well-being within the company and providing the right kind of motivation to drive better on-the-job performance.
