Experience authentic taste of Indian curries at Chulha restaurant till Oct. 15
MUSCAT: Chulha, an authentic Indian cuisine restaurant, by Jawad Sultan Restaurants at Sohar will once again be transformed into a world of tastes and flavours, giving a chance to experience this time the different regional curries from across India.
The Curry Festival at Chulha restaurant in Sohar Plaza will go on until October 15 from 12-4pm and 7-11.30pm, says a press release.
A special a la carte curry menu includes Meen Moilee and Kozhi Varutharachath from Kerala, Andhra style Mamsam Pulusu, Sorson Maach and Kosha Mangsho of Bengal, Gomantak Machhi Curry of Goa, Maharashtrian Kombdicha Rassa, Kashmir’s Nalli Rogan Josh and Awadh’s Gosht Awadhi Korma, Delhi’s popular Murgh Makhani and many more, for the non-vegetarian fans. The menu also comprises a selection of vegetarian curries like Gujarati Kadhi, Rajasthani Gatteki Tari, Lasooni Paneer from Punjab and Kofta-e-Pukhtooni, for the vegetarian fanatics.
