NA-56 incomplete developmental works create problems
RAWALPINDI: The incomplete developmental works of Rawalpindi’s constituency NA-56 were becoming headache for the area residents as open holes and dilapidated roads of different union councils posing life threats to inhabitants.
The residents were fac- ing bad smell round the clock but now are facing different kinds of allergies particularly eye allergy due to the dust.
The fear of eye allergy, throat infection, flue have gripped the whole area as dozens of affected people especially children are continuously visiting eye specialists for medical treatment. According to detail, Rs 5 million had been given to the chairmen of different union councils for the developmental works but owning the carelessness and negligence developmental works were going very snail pace.
The constriction works of new Nullah of Haji Chowk to Khuram Colony, constriction of main tube-wells were still pending.
Residents have demanded to the Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif to pay attention on the issue and solve it.
