Use of dry fruits ben­e­fi­cial in win­ter sea­son for health

ISLAMABAD: Ac­cord­ing to lat­est study by Ex­perts re­vealed that con­sump­tion of dry fruits in win­ter was very en­er­getic and good for health. They said that dry fruits were also used in mak­ing medicines al­mond which was of­ten called the king of dry fruits is used in many medicines and al­mond oil is used for many hair treat­ments. They fur­ther said that dry fruits were also used as gifts in win­ter and many peo­ple of­ten pack them in beau­ti­ful pack­ets along with some choco­lates and gift them to their friends and rel­a­tives. Dry fruits are also uti­lized at wed­dings in some coun­tries in­clud­ing Pak­istan. It is a trend to dis­trib­ute dif­fer­ent dry fruits with sweets and choco­lates among guests.
