Pakistan’s MCB Bank has signed an agreement with the UAE-based Al Fardan Exchange to start a new remittance service between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. The service further strengthens remittance channels to Pakistan.

Al Fardan Exchange has been in business for over 38 years. It will offer its remittance facilities to MCB through money transfer services across its 40-branch network in the UAE. The arrangement will help Pakistani expatriates remit money through Al Fardan Exchange without spending any money. It will undertake diverse services including Telegraphic Transfers from UAE and MCB, delivering payments directly into accounts, as well as instant cash Payment.

Talking about the facility, MCB President M.U.A. Usmani said, “This agreement is part of our strategy to offer a broad span of latest financial services to our customers. We have full confidence in Al Fardan’s experience and technical services quality. It will further strengthen MCB as it moves forward to affirm its leading position in Pakistan’s banking sector.”
