Jaf­fer Busi­ness Sys­tems-JBS, es­tab­lished in 1982 as an in­te­grated IT so­lu­tion provider, has ex­panded its op­er­a­tions over the past 28 years and en­joys the po­si­tion of be­ing one of the most re­puted IT com­pa­nies in Pak­istan. Hav­ing served the coun­try for the past 28 years it has now ex­tended its op­er­a­tions be­yond Pak­istan.

For its qual­ity ser­vices in the field of In­for­ma­tion Tech­nol­ogy, it has won Brands of the Year Award for two con­sec­u­tive years - 2009 and 2010 - awarded by the Brands Award Coun­cil of Pak­istan.

JBS has con­tin­ued to keep pace with the ever-evolv­ing IT in­dus­try by pro­vid­ing In­te­grated So­lu­tions that in­clude Server So­lu­tions, Stor­age So­lu­tions, En­ter­prise Re­source Plan­ning (ERP) So­lu­tions, Net­work & Se­cu­rity So­lu­tions and Data Cen­tre So­lu­tions to its cus­tomers, com­ple­mented by largest sup­port ser­vices in­fra­struc­ture and highly com­pe­tent sup­port per­son­nel.

It rep­re­sents prin­ci­pals who are global lead­ers in In­for­ma­tion Tech­nol­ogy such as Or­a­cle, HP, Microsoft, Aci­sion, CISCO and Pa­ti­mas. For over two decades, JBS has been strength­en­ing its op­er­a­tions and clien­tele, serv­ing on projects of na­tional sig­nif­i­cance.

It has es­tab­lished an ex­ten­sive net­work of sup­port cen­tres and branches across the nation and a branch in Kabul, Afghanistan, to pro­vide ser­vices and sup­port to en­able all clients to meet their mis­sion-crit­i­cal busi­ness goals.

A re­cent ven­ture that JBS has ven­tured into, is the part­ner­ship with Aci­sion, a world leader in mo­bile data, which en­ables JBS to mar­ket and dis­trib­ute Aci­sion’s mo­bile mes­sag­ing and data so­lu­tions in Afghanistan. The part­ner­ship, which forms part of Aci­sion’s Chan­nel Part­ner Pro­gramme, is an ex­ten­sion of an ex­ist­ing work­ing re­la­tion­ship be­tween Aci­sion and JBS in Pak­istan, and will al­low both com­pa­nies to tap into new mar­ket op­por­tu­ni­ties in the Mid­dle East.

Afghanistan is slated to be one of the fastest grow­ing mo­bile mar­kets in the re­gion. It is ex­pected to con­tinue its growth, reach­ing 24.5 mil­lion mo­bile sub­scriber con­nec­tions by 2014, and mak­ing it one of the most ex­cit­ing mar­kets in this part of the world.

This ven­ture has en­abled JBS to ex­tend its ex­ist­ing port­fo­lio of IT so­lu­tions and of­fer more com­pre­hen­sive so­lu­tions to op­er­a­tors in the re­gion. The mo­bile data will be a key dif­fer­en­tia­tor in the in­creas­ingly com­pet­i­tive Afghan mo­bile land­scape.

Aci­sion and JBL both share the same vi­sion and pas­sion to meet op­er­a­tor re­quire­ments and JBS is pleased to ex­tend its ex­ist­ing re­la­tion­ship from Pak­istan.
