Enterprise - - EVENT -

This time it was the turn of ‘Unlocking the Special Within You’ by Octara to leave an impact on business executives. The session was designed to present a unique approach to a healthy lifestyle and enhanced productivity at work. Held at PALPA Aviation School, Karachi, Octara invited business executives and professionals from a diverse range to attend the seminar.

Jamil Janjua, CEO and Management of Octara introduced the vibrant Guest Speaker Dr. Zsuzsanna Fajcsak, Director, Executive Image Coaching at Alive International. Fajcsak is a scientifically trained Executive Coach committed to improving lives through her specializations in mindset, nutrition and lifestyle changes.

The two hour session revolved around ‘Think, Rest and Breathe, Eat and Move’. It focused on enhancing the potential of mind towards improved thinking, relaxing one’s self, quality diet and improved physical activity. Fajcsak regarded all these aspects to be the product of a person’s perceptions. She explained it succinctly: “Disease is a reflection of emotions and emotions are produced by how a person treats himself.”

After an elaborate demonstration on the possibilities of a happy life, Fajcsak pointed out the key elements for enhanced corporate performance. According to her, if there is no rest interval after a period of focused thinking, it may lead to mental illness. A creative thinking plan from Fajcsak includes a break after 45 minutes of focused thinking. It can be considered as human refueling, to trust oneself and stay away from the fears of business loss or failure.

The session let the audience connect within at an enhanced level of passion and keenness in order to renew their ability of relating to people at all levels when they step out. Such refreshing activities received much appreciation from the audience.

Being a nutrition specialist, Fajcsak represented her organization Alive, which focuses its patients on the other side of the prescription, including directions for healthy food intake. For this reason; a practical demonstration followed at the end of the session, as the audience was served with fresh uncooked vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, radishes and fruit like apples and oranges along with beans. Fajcsak left the audience with a message, “Eat the food and observe for an hour how you feel.”

The corporate heads, journalists and students in the audience appeared to be enjoying the lightness of food as the networking followed.

Providing meaningful training for the corporate sector, Octara has been successful in providing renewed self discovery to the individuals for achieving their desired business goals and leadership roles
