The ever-con­fi­dent Eraj with a dis­tinct poise, as de­picted on the cover of En­ter­prise June is­sue, was in fact a glimpse into Pak­istan’s fast de­vel­op­ing fash­ion in­dus­try. Congratulations En­ter­prise for pre­sent­ing a com­pre­hen­sive cover story on our boom­ing fash­ion in­dus­try. It is more in­spir­ing to find strong en­ter­pris­ing fig­ures like Saad Ali who are bring­ing their tal­ent and ex­per­tise to the PFDC. Saad Ali’s in­ter­view high­lighted the ar­eas of fash­ion in­fra­struc­ture, en­trepreneur­ship, schol­ar­ships for fash­ion stu­dents and hall­mark fash­ion events. If con­sis­tent lead­er­ship and suf­fi­cient in­vest­ment of skills and fi­nances are steadily pro­vided to the in­dus­try, there is no way that the fash­ion in­dus­try of Pak­istan can­not com­pete in the in­ter­na­tional mar­ket. The fash­ion in­dus­try is ef­fec­tively com­mu­ni­cat­ing the cul­ture of Pak­istan in the world. The achieve­ments of our fash­ion de­sign­ers and mod­els add to the pride of Pak­istan
