It’s delicious if it’s Bar-b-que Tonight!

Enterprise - - Interview -

Avery familiar name for Karachiites, Bar-B-Que Tonight has rapidly evolved over the past 23 years into an efficiently run food complex. Ever since it came on the scene in 1988, it has maintained a quality and flavour that sets it as the people’s choice over other barbeque places in the city. The restaurant’s three air conditioned floors and rooftop level are always overflowing with barbeque lovers and it is quite difficult to find a table on weekends without a wait. The open rooftop offers a beautiful sight of the Clifton Boating Basin and the Karachi Port.

The restaurant now has space to accommodate more than a 1000 people at one time. Parking used to be a serious issue once and people had to park all the way across the road. Now there is a free valet service available.

While barbeque remains the signature fare at Bar-B-Que Tonight, a continental menu is also offered. Food portions are quite adequate and prices well within range. A barbeque dish can cost anything from Rs. 400 to Rs. 600. The must-have dishes include ‘Afghani tikka’, ‘Chicken

Karhai’, ‘Reshmi Kebab’, ‘Kabuli Pulao’ and a wide variety of naans like garlic and Kandahari. Desserts range from a local assortment of sweets and ‘kheer’ to fruit trifles and ice cream. The best part is that service is quick even on the busiest days.

Primarily a casual dinner place, the restaurant now offers lunch as well. You can also order the delicious food through a free home and office delivery service.

After its phenomenal success in Karachi, Bar-B-Que Tonight has opened branches in Lahore and Islamabad. With its great food quality and delicious taste, Bar-B-Que Tonight has developed into one of the most popular barbeque joints in the country
