Out­look is a great man­age­ment tool, but it is prone to cor­rup­tion er­rors. This cor­rup­tion may lead to los­ing im­por­tant busi­ness files and in­for­ma­tion. The add-in Re­cov­erMyE­mail can re­pair a bro­ken file and re­cover emails. This add-in can also un­delete email af­ter you have emp­tied your Deleted Items folder. It is easy to im­ple­ment and use.

2-E-mail Fol­low-up

Out­look now lets you as­sign a re­minder when you send email and adds that re­minder to the To-do list. Through this add-in the user can set a re­sponse time limit for the sent email. If the re­cip­i­ent doesn’t re­spond within the al­lot­ted time, the add-in will pro­vide a no­ti­fi­ca­tion that a re­sponse is still awaited.


Lookeen quickly finds Out­look items, email, con­tacts, and ap­point­ments etc. that may ap­pear in the search string. As a step ahead, even all the at­tach­ments can be searched. Re­sults are eas­ily man­age­able, as the add-in pro­vides an additional man­age­ment tool to pre­view, move or delete an item.


So that a user does not miss any rel­e­vant in­for­ma­tion through a se­ries of mails or mails from peo­ple in the copy line, the add-in Xobni works along­side the mail win­dow to dis­play re­cent con­ver­sa­tions, ex­changed files, and re­lated emails from peo­ple in the copy line. User can also gain knowl­edge of per­sonal email habits by the sta­tis­tics and graphs in this add-in.


Mi­crosoft’s SMS add-in lets the users send SMS text mes­sages through most mo­bile phones. In ad­di­tion, the sms can be saved as a draft, can be sent to groups and printed. The func­tion of spellcheck can also be ap­plied in this add-in. The con­tacts can be eas­ily sorted out to avail a real SMS fa­cil­ity
