Naya Naz­imabad prom­ises new life­style

An in­no­va­tive new hous­ing scheme called Naya Naz­imabad has been launched in Karachi.

It has been es­pe­cially planned for the pro­gres­sive mid­dle in­come group and of­fers res­i­den­tial units, along with a wide range of ameni­ties i.e. schools, col­leges and univer­sity, hos­pi­tals and clin­ics, parks and shop­ping malls, etc. The project spans a vast area and is lo­cated close to North Naz­imabad.

Ac­cord­ing to Arif Habib, Chair­man, Arif Habib Group, “The prime pur­pose be­hind this project is to re­spond to the need for safe, af­ford­able and con­ve­nient hous­ing for the pro­gres­sive mid­dle in­come group. Our vi­sion is to cre­ate a model city that is based on so­cial con­ve­nience, in­no­va­tion, bet­ter liv­ing stan­dards and a peace­ful life.”

The project has its own water reser­voir and elec­tric­ity sup­ply ar­range­ments and is a gated com­mu­nity sup­ported by closed-cir­cuit TV to en­sure con­stant vig­i­lance.

Aqeel Karim Dhedi, Chair­man, AKD Se­cu­ri­ties, says, “Such hous­ing projects are very much needed in Karachi as one is al­ways in search for an im­proved and se­cure life­style; which is ex­actly what Naya Naz­imabad of­fers.”

The project has been launched by Javedan Cor­po­ra­tion Lim­ited and is spon­sored by a con­sor­tium com­pris­ing Arif Habib, AKD and Ghani Os­man Hum Group
