Industry insight

Enterprise - - Editor’s desk -

Once again Enterprise has provided useful insights through the interview of Ubaid Ur Rahman Usmani. The relationship between workers and employers is certainly significant in shaping the dynamics of any industry. The focus of industrial functioning, the world over, has transformed from typical production and manufacturing to enhancing the capabilities of people and provision of conducive environment to utilize their potential. For this reason, the presence of Workers Employers’ Bilateral Council for Pakistan and Employers’ Federation of Pakistan is a positive regulatory aspect in strengthening our industries. With reference to Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations and Manpower, it was valuable to gain insights from an industry expert
