Icompletely agree with Layla Ishaq’s views on how much growth and success is dependent on an individual’s mindset, which has the strength to drive self-discovery and initiate actions. It does not matter that the supervision or the overall culture of the organization should always be conducive. There may be small or huge structural barriers within the organization, but it becomes dangerous if an individual’s growth becomes the victim of these barriers. Therefore, the training and development aspect, as provided by Navitus, instills the will, drive and knowledge in the individual to reach the desired future state and intelligently exploit all avenues of growth.
