Suze Orman, an expert on financial knowledge, has written several books on smart financial management. In this book, she has listed a bunch of steps that women need to take on a monthly basis, in order to lubricate their tensed relationship with money. She urges women to have a separate account regardless of whether they are single or married.

Orman recommends women to realise their true worth and, therefore, asks them not to settle for less pay according to gender pay gap rules. She also stresses on the fact that saying ‘ no’ to employers when you are in need, will not be considered a selfish act but will be termed a practical approach. The refreshing fact about the book is that it does not merely serve as a motivational piece, making you ponder about your financial issues, but it also provides you with a specific set of actions and pushes you to execute them. Hence the book takes you many steps closer to solving your problems.
